My name is Gissel. I am a Highschool student who like to do art. I've been drawing since 2017. My favorite hobbies are watching anime, drawing and listening to music in my free time.
What is genius hour?
In my class we are working on a project which individual students are able to choice a assessment of there own. We will work on are project for one hour of are class time one day per week. It is called genius hour. Genius hour is a project in the classroom or workplace where students/employees are allowed to explore their own passions and spend a hour on it.
My project
My project is filling up two sketchbooks per month and a online portfolio. The reason why I chose this project is because I've always been really bad on filling my sketchbooks in a short amount of time. It takes forever to fill at least one sketchbook in a short period of time. This project is going to help me in the future because I will learn more from studying different type of art and will help me to become a better artist. Over all this project is a portfolio for a art college I want to attend California Institute of the Arts aka CAL Arts. I am preparing myself for the future.
